Our Hiring Process

We're excited that you are interested in joining SRI! We look forward to learning more about your background, experience, and interests.

Getting started
Search our jobs to find the right opportunity for you. Then create a profile to apply for a position. You will need to:

  • Register and provide contact information
  • Submit your resume and complete the application

Note: We have recently upgraded to a new system effective October 27, 2008. If you had a user ID and password on our old system and have logged on since October 27, 2007, your previous user ID and password will work on our new site. If you applied prior to October 17, 2007, you will need to create a new user name and password.

If you don't see the right opening but would like to be considered for other future openings, please create a profile and add it to our searchable database. You may also set up a "search agent" to receive email updates when a relevant position becomes available.

After you apply

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • The recruiter will review your resume and application.
  • We will contact you directly when your background matches our hiring needs.

Please note, due to volume, we are not able to individually follow up to confirm receipt of submitted information or provide other status updates. Your email confirmation indicates that your application has successfully reached the recruiter.

E-Verify
In order to be in compliance with government regulations, as of December 15, 2008, SRI International will use E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility for newly hired employees.

Before considering employment with SRI International, please read the required notice of SRI International's participation in the E-Verify program and your Right to Work.

Security Clearances
You may notice that many of our positions require either a current government security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance. If you would like to learn about the clearance process, please visit the following link for information: http://www.state.gov/m/ds/clearances/60321.htm

Interviewing process
Our interviewing process varies among groups, and often from position to position. Your recruiter will guide you through the process. Interviews may be:

  • By telephone
  • In a group
  • One-on-one with the recruiter and hiring manager

Thank you for exploring job opportunities with SRI International. We look forward to reviewing your application!
