SRI's Five Disciplines of Innovation Workshop is a highly interactive two-day workshop where professionals, engineers, managers, and scientists learn, examine, and apply the disciplines of innovation.

The Executive Five Disciplines of Innovation Workshop is designed for executives who are implementing the Five Disciplines of Innovation within their organizations. In this one-day interactive workshop, senior managers and key administrators examine organizational alignment with innovation principles, along with the tools, terminology, and techniques that are key to organizational integration.

The Value Creation Workshop extends the innovation principles to other disciplines within organizations that are implementing the Five Disciplines of Innovation. Value creation is emphasized in this interactive one-day workshop, which also provides an introduction to terminology and the five disciplines of innovation.

The Venture Plan Essentials Boot Camp is an in-depth, hands-on workshop for innovation teams that want to build a venture plan to advance a business concept toward commercialization. This is an intense five-day working session where teams learn key venture plan elements and apply them to selected business concepts. At the conclusion of the workshop, teams emerge with core constructs of a venture plan.

Value Creation Advisor provides feedback to innovation teams on their new venture proposals. Teams present their value propositions to a panel of Silicon Valley business experts using constructive, balanced value-creation methodology. The panel provides actionable suggestions and guidance to strengthen and advance business concepts.

A Venture Assessment is ideal for innovation teams in the final preparation stage of seeking venture funding. Teams present developed venture business plans to a panel of SRI business and venture investment experts. The expert panel assesses venture viability and provides suggestions and guidance to improve venture plans for their presentation to prospective investors.
