Michelle Rodrigues is the director of Government Business Development at SRI International. In this role, she is responsible for identifying and delivering government funding opportunities in health and energy markets, as well as providing strategic direction for new market entrance, proposal strategies, and teaming arrangements. She is also responsible for overseeing SRI’s Analytical Center, which provides market and competitive analysis and strategic guidance to the organization.

Rodrigues has experience within both the defense and civilian sectors, including market analysis and competitive intelligence experience to assist with strategic positioning. Prior to joining SRI, Rodrigues was an administrative manager in the Animal Nutrition Division at Cargill Inc.

Rodrigues received her MBA with an emphasis in marketing from George Washington University. She received her B.S. in animal science and management from the University of California, Davis.
