SRI International and Sarnoff Corporation Announce Integration

Menlo Park, Calif. and Princeton, NJ—March 24, 2010—SRI International and Sarnoff Corporation today announced that Sarnoff will be integrated into SRI, its parent company. For more than twenty years, Sarnoff has been a wholly owned subsidiary of SRI, an independent nonprofit scientific research and development organization based in Silicon Valley. The integration process will begin immediately and will become effective on January 1, 2011.
