Superconductors

Ongoing research in superconductors at SRI has resulted in the design, construction, and testing of novel fluidized-bed CVD systems for high rate deposition of thin films of high-temperature superconductors on wire substrates. SRI's design is less complex to implement and operate and costs less than conventional MOCVD systems.
